Provided is a hoop clamp, comprising a set of fixed sections (1), a set of movable sections, and a set of inner tubes (2); also comprising a set of fixing rings (3), a set of rotating rings (4), a set of fixed threaded rods (5), and a set of fixing nuts (6); the set of movable sections comprises a set of first movable sections (7) and a set of second movable sections (8); the inner walls of the set of fixed sections and the outer walls of the set of inner tubes are provided with a set of corresponding internal threads and external threads, respectively, and the set of inner tubes are respectively inserted and screwed into a set of fixed tubes; also comprising a set of position-limiting plates (9), a set of pull cords (10), a set of adjustment threaded rods (11), and a set of rotating blocks (12); a set of adjustment holes are respectively disposed on the set of first movable sections and the set of second movable sections. Thus it is convenient to adjust the distance between sets of movable sections and the time spent on each adjustment is reduced, reducing the limitations of use; furthermore, it is convenient to define the position between the hoop and a reinforcing bar, the ability to fix the position of the reinforcing bar is improved, and reliability in use is also improved.
