Abstract:
Disclosed is a new-type waterwheel rotating device, comprising a supporting plate (1), a rotating shaft (2), a rotating frame (3), a reinforcing ring (4) and a power supply device (5). The rotating frame (3) comprises a rotating ring and rotating supports, wherein the rotating ring and the plurality of rotating supports are fixedly connected; and a first cylinder assembly (7), a second cylinder assembly (8), a third cylinder assembly (9), a fourth cylinder assembly (10), a fifth cylinder assembly (11), a sixth cylinder assembly (12), a seventh cylinder assembly (13) and an eighth cylinder assembly (14) are respectively welded to an end of the respective rotating supports. The first cylinder assembly (7) comprises a cylinder (701), a sealing pipe (702), a ventilation pipe (703), a water outlet (704) and a water inlet (705), wherein the cylinder (701) is connected to the sealing pipe (702), and the ventilation pipe (703) is connected to the other end of the sealing pipe (702). Air exhaust and water drainage are carried out by means of piston motion of a cylinder. The underwater vacuum cylinder floats upwards. The overwater cylinder exhausts air and enters the water. In this way, the cylinders are sequentially circulated so as to enable a waterwheel to continuously rotate. The biggest characteristic of the waterwheel is that the buoyancy of the water can be mainly used.
