Abstract:
Disclosed is new use of aspartic acid. Aspartic acid can relieve the symptoms of ADSL deficiency, can effectively reduce the accumulation of toxic intermediate metabolites such as SAICAR, SAICAr and S-Ado at the same time, and also has certain therapeutic, ameliorative or preventive effects on some tumors related to excessive accumulation of toxic intermediate metabolites such as SAICAR, SAICAr and S-Ado.
