Abstract:
A brazing-sintering diamond tool segment is composed of binding agent (1,11,12,13,14)
and mixture of diamond mill grain and solder. The mixture of diamond mill grain
and solder is formed into at least one vertical diamond mill grain stick (2,21).
Said at least one vertical diamond mill grain stick (2,21) is cladded in binding
agent (1,11,12,13,14) and is fixed with the binding agent (1,11,12,13,14).
The segments of diamond tools produced by soldering and sintering can solve the
problem of multilayer segments of diamond tools and improve the service life.
The diamond mill grain is orderly arranged during the sintering process, and
the total advantages of soldering diamond product are obtained, so the procedure
is easy to realize automatization. This method can be used for all the products
of sintering diamond.
