Abstract:
Disclosed is a Ni-plated steel sheet having an oxide film containing one or more elements
selected from Al, Si and P on the plating surface, wherein a plating pinhole is
hermetically sealed. Also disclosed is a method for producing a Ni-plated steel
sheet, wherein a steel sheet is subjected to Ni-plating, and then the plated steel
sheet is subjected to anodic electrolysis in an aqueous solution essentially containing
a tertiary alkali phosphate and additionally containing a silicate and/or an
aluminate.
