Abstract:
A Ni-plated steel sheet according to the present invention comprises a steel sheet, a first Ni plating layer which is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet and contains Ni, and a second Ni plating layer which is formed on the first Ni plating layer and contains Ni, wherein the average center line roughness (Ra) at the interface between the first Ni plating layer and the second Ni plating layer is less than 0.1 μm, the average center line roughness (Ra) of the surface of the second Ni plating layer is 0.1 to 100 μm, and the amount of Ni attached onto the whole of the first Ni plating layer and the second Ni plating layer is 20 to 2500 mg/m2 per one surface in terms of metal Ni content.
