Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a Ni-based alloy having excellent surface properties by controlling the composition of non-metallic inclusions that affects the surface properties. [Solution] A Ni-based alloy that contains, by mass% hereinafter, 52.0% or more of Ni, 0.001 to 0.030% of C, 0.01 to 0.10% of Si, 0.10 to 1.50% of Mn, 0.030% or less of P, 0.0050% or less of S, 13.0 to 25.0% of Cr, 10.0 to 18.0% of Mo, 1.00 to 5.00% of W, 1.00% or less of Cu, 3.00% or less of Co, 0.001 to 0.170% of Al, 2.00 to 8.00% of Fe, 0.0010 to 0.0200% of Mg, 0.0001 to 0.0040% of Ca, 0.500% or less of V, 0.001 to 0.100% of Nb, 0.0001 to 0.0050% of O, and the balance inevitable impurities, wherein: oxide-type non-metallic inclusions include one or more kinds among MgO, CaO, CaO-MgO-type oxide, CaO-Al2O3-MgO-type oxide, and MgO·Al2O3; and the number ratio of the MgO·Al2O3 to the total oxide-type non-metallic inclusions is 50% by number or less.
