Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/059846
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are the following: a Ni-based alloy for a hot die, which exhibits high compressive strength at high temperatures, good oxidation resistance and good creep resistance, and which can suppress work environment degradation and shape degradation; and a hot forging die obtained using same. This Ni-based alloy for a hot die contains 7.0-15.0% of W, 2.5-11.0% of Mo, 5.0-7.5% of Al, 0.5-3.0% of Cr, 0.5-7.0% of Ta, 0.015% or less of S, a total of 0-0.020% of one or more elements selected from among rare earth elements, Y, Ca and Mg, and a total of 0.01-0.5% of one or more elements selected from Zr and Hf, with the remainder being Ni and unavoidable impurities.
