Abstract:
The present application discloses a Ni-based superalloy having high thermal corrosion resistance, comprising by mass: C: 0.05-0.16%, Cr: 6.5-12.0%, Ru: 0.5-4.0%, Y: 0.05-0.16%, Co: 9.0-11.2%, W: 9.0-11.2%, Mo: 0.2-1.0%, Al: 5.0-6.0%, Ti: 0.5-1.5%, B: 0.01-0.02%, Zr: 0.004-0.06%, Mg: 0.001-0.005%, Re: 0-3.0%, and the remainder being Ni and inevitable impurities. In the present application, the content of Cr in the alloy is increased by introducing Ru into the alloy. When the content of Cr and Ru by mass percentage in the alloy of the present application satisfies the relational formula 9.0%≤Cr+Ru≤15.0%, the thermal corrosion resistance of the Ni-based superalloy can be improved while ensuring the strength of the alloy.
