Abstract:
The present invention provides a nickel-base alloy with outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength at high temperatures, a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant component, and a component for a heat-treatment furnace. This nickel-base alloy comprises, by mass percentage, more than 5.0% and no more than 26.0% of aluminum and more than 0% and no more than 5.0% zirconium, with the remainder being nickel and unavoidable impurities. It is preferable that the nickel-base alloy include boron and that the total quantity, by mass percentage, of zirconium and boron be more than 0% and no more than 5.0%. Moreover, it is preferable that P value, which equals −18.95 + 0.1956 × Ni% + 0.1977 × Al% + 0.2886 × Zr% + 12.45 × B%, and Q value, which indicates the area ratio of Ni3Al deposited on the surface as a proportion, satisfy the condition Q value ≥ 0.89 × P value − 0.53.
