Abstract:
Disclosed is a nickel-chromium wire which has undergone a passivation treatment, the passivation treatment comprising the following steps: 1) adding 1-2 parts by weight of an alkylamine oxide polyoxyethylene ether, 0.7 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 3.2 parts by weight of tannic acid, 1.1 parts by weight of sodium persulfate, and 0.8 parts by weight of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, in sequence, to 25 parts by weight of deionized water, and uniformly stirring same; 2) further adding 1.3 parts by weight of benzotriazole, 4.2 parts by weight of polyacrylic acid, 1.3 parts by weight of an iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 0.3 parts by weight of zinc dihydrogen phosphate, and 0.7 parts by weight of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate in sequence, and continuing to stir same until fully and uniformly mixed to prepare a passivation treatment solution; and 3) placing a nickel-chromium wire into the passivation treatment solution for a passivation treatment with a treatment temperature of 50°C and a treatment time of 30 seconds, taking same out, then washing same with pure water, and further drying same. The nickel-chromium wire has undergone a passivation treatment, has a good performance and a good surface finish.
