Abstract:

Disclosed is a nickel-containing waste water processing system, comprising a first reaction pool (103), a second reaction pool (104), a filtering apparatus (105), a third reaction pool (106), a concentrating membrane apparatus (107), a sedimentation pool (108), and a collection pool (109) communicating in succession, wherein a water outlet of the filtering apparatus (105) is in communication with the third reaction pool (106), and a sludge outlet of the filtering apparatus (105) communicates with a first filter press (111); a sludge outlet of the sedimentation pool (108) communicates with a second filter press (113), and a water outlet of the sedimentation pool (108) is in communication with the collection pool (109); a sludge outlet of the second filter press (113) communicates with a sludge incinerator (114), and a water outlet of the second filter press (113) is in communication with the concentrating membrane apparatus (107). The nickel-containing waste water processing system has good processing effects, realising discharge with no contaminants, effectively reducing the cost and burden of sludge processing, solving the problem of resource consumption, and greatly reducing production costs for companies.
