Abstract:
Provided are a nickel powder or an alloy powder comprising nickel as a main component wherein the average grain diameter D50 is 30 to 300 nm, the half-width of diffraction peak from the (111) plane that is determined by X-ray diffractometry is 0.5o or less and the ratio (A/B) of a specific area (A) measured by the BET method to a theoretical specific area (B) corresponding to the average grain diameter D50 is 3 or less, and a method for producing the same. Also provided are a conductive paste which comprises the nickel powder or alloy powder comprising nickel as a main component together with an organic vehicle as main components, and a laminated ceramic capacitor the inner electrode layer of which comprises the conductive paste.
