Abstract:
Disclosed are a nicotinamide virtual template surface molecularly imprinted material and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of chemical materials. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a modified silica gel carrier, preparing the virtual template surface molecularly imprinted material, and the like. The method novelly uses the structural analogues nicotinamide of imidacloprid and acetamiprid as a virtual template to prepare a silica gel surface molecularly imprinted material, the pollution caused by template leakage can be avoided, imidacloprid and acetamiprid in a water-soluble tea extract can also be specifically removed, the removal rates of the imidacloprid and acetamiprid are respectively greater than 96% and 93%, and the loss of tea polyphenol in the extract is less than 10%. In addition, a molecularly imprinted adsorption column prepared can be eluted by an ethanol solution, the eluted adsorption column can be reused, so that the molecularly imprinted adsorption column can be well applied to a preparation process of the tea extract, and the application prospect is good.
