Abstract:
Disclosed are a NiCrBSi-ZrB2 metal ceramic powder for high temperature protection, a composite coating and a preparation method therefor, comprising the preparation of the metal ceramic powder and the preparation of the composite coating. The metal ceramic powder suitable for thermal spraying and having a particle size of 15-45 μm is prepared by means of a combination of mechanical ball milling, spray granulation and vacuum sintering. And then, by means of an high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying technique using oxygen-propane as a fuel, oxygen as a combustion promoter, propane as a fuel, nitrogen as a powder delivery carrier gas, and air as a cooling medium, the metal ceramic powder is sprayed on the surface of the steel substrate to prepare the NiCrBSi-ZrB2 composite coating. The present invention overcomes the problem that the ZrB2 ceramic is difficult to densify during sintering, improves powder binding strength and flowability, and uses a high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying technique to prepare the coating. The present invention has a simple preparation method, a high coating deposition efficiency, a convenient device operation and low costs. The present invention is suitable for improving the performance of thermal corrosion resistance and high temperature wear resistance of the surface of boiler devices, and improves the service life of the boiler.
