Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of luminescent materials, and specifically relates to a nitride luminescent material and a luminescent device containing the luminescent material. The nitride luminescent material of the present invention comprises an inorganic compound represented by a structural formula RwQxSiyNz. The excitation wavelength of the luminescent material is 300-650 nm, and a main emission peak of a near infrared region is a broadband emission of 900-1100 nm. The luminescent material has a wide excitation wavelength, is capable of well absorbing ultraviolet visible light, has stronger near infrared luminescence compared with a near infrared organic luminescent material and inorganic luminescent materials of other systems, and is an ideal near infrared device application material.
