Abstract:
A nitrification device for mesitylene production, comprising a device housing. A motor is fixedly mounted in the middle of the top of the device housing; a nitrated compound inlet and a mixed acid inlet are respectively formed in the top of the device housing on two sides of the motor; a nitrification cavity and a heat dissipation cavity are formed inside the device housing; a rotating plate is rotatably mounted at a middle position inside the nitrification cavity; rotating rods are fixedly mounted on the circumferential surface of the rotating plate; a cross stirring paddle is rotatably mounted inside the nitrification cavity on one side of each rotating rod; and a connecting rod is fixedly mounted on a side surface of the cross stirring paddle. According to the present invention, a series of stirring structures are provided and a heating resistance wire is started by using rotating inertia, so that the stirring contact area can be effectively increased, a mixture is heated to a temperature suitable for a nitrification reaction, the nitrification effect is enhanced, and the nitrification efficiency is improved; and the synchronous transfer of high temperature, cooling, and heat dissipation can be achieved while heating is performed, so that the inside of the nitrification cavity can be always maintained at a temperature suitable for a nitrification reaction.
