Abstract:

The present invention relates to a nitro compound hydrogenation reaction method and hydrogenation reaction apparatus, capable of achieving the long-term production objectives of continuous reaction, regeneration, and activation of nitro compounds. The nitro compound hydrogenation reaction method comprises a hydrogenation step, a regeneration step, an optional activation step, and a circulation step. Between the hydrogenation step and the regeneration step, there is at least one step for degassing the spent catalyst. According to circumstances, between the regeneration step and the activation step, there is at least one step for degassing the regenerative catalyst.
