Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped and carbon matrix-encapsulated three-dimensional network silicon nanoparticle-carbon nanofiber composite, a method for preparing same, and a secondary battery comprising same. A method for preparing the silicon-carbon nanofiber composite, according to an embodiment, comprises the steps of: preparing modified silicon nanoparticles which are surface-modified with an amino group (-NH2); preparing a first mixture comprising the modified silicon nanoparticles, carbon nanofibers, and citric acid; manufacturing an assembly by electrostatically self-assembling the first mixture and graphene oxide (GO); preparing an intermediate by hydrothermally synthesizing a second mixture comprising the assembly, melamine, and formaldehyde resin; and calcining the intermediate.
