Abstract:
A nitrogen-mediated level III steady-state protection infant complementary food nutrition package and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of creation of high-quality infant complementary food nutrition packages. For the stability problem of nutrient fortification factors such as vitamin A acetate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, and folic acid, "a level I, level II, and level III steady-state protection core technology for nutrient fortification factors" in the field of infant nutrition packages is created, and a nitrogen-mediated level III steady-state protection infant complementary food nutrition package product (the residual amount of oxygen is less than or equal to 0.23%) is developed; both the average attenuation rate (AAR) value and the thiobarbituric acid value growth rate ΔTBA of vitamin A acetate and cholecalciferol in the nutrition package product prepared by an acceleration test for 60 days are lower than those of a control group (P<0.05), and Fourier mid-infrared spectroscopy proves that the oxidative deterioration degree of the nutrition package product is far lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The present application can provide a technical support for comprehensively improving the quality of the nutrition package.
