Abstract:
The present invention provides a nitrous oxide selective gas separation membrane which comprises a gas separation layer containing a polymer material which is a polysulfone-based polymer or a polyimide-based polymer, the nitrous oxide selective gas separation membrane exhibiting a nitrous oxide separation property. The nitrous oxide selective gas separation membrane according to the present invention is efficient in the separation of high-purity nitrous oxide from a carbon suboxide-containing gas mixture produced in a process for manufacturing nitrous oxide by pyrolysis of ammonium nitrate containing nitrous oxide, nitrogen or oxygen or other gases as main ingredients, and from a nitrous oxide-containing exhaust gas mixture discharged in industrial processes such as processes for manufacturing adipic acid, nitric acid and caprolactam, and can economically perform a separation and concentration.
