Abstract:
In the present invention, an MEC node analyzes signaling information transmitted between each of multiple eNBs and an MME, thereby collecting information indicating travel states of UEs present in cells of the multiple eNBs and/or information indicating communication states thereof. Upon receipt of a UE-paging message transmitted to one or more eNBs by the MME in accordance with a predetermined paging policy, the MEC node determines a paging area on the basis of the information collected in the above manner. The MEC node transmits the UE-paging message to each of the eNBs included in the determined paging area.
