Abstract:
A noise filter (15) equipped with: a ground-side power line detection circuit (12) which is connected to a power line (5) and to a power line (6) and detects whether the power line connected to an electrode (3) is the power line (5) or the power line (6); and a control circuit (13) which determines whether or not the power line connected to the electrode (3) is the power line (5) or the power line (6) on the basis of the detection results from the ground-side power line detection circuit (12), controls in a manner such that a relay (8) causes a short-circuit between a Y capacitor (7) and an electric device ground if the power line connected to the electrode (3) is determined to be the power line (5), and controls in a manner such that a relay (10) causes a short-circuit between a Y capacitor (9) and the electric device ground if the power line connected to the electrode (3) is determined to be the power line (6).
