Abstract:
A noise reducing device enabling an increase in the adhesiveness of objects formed of a porous material and a reduction in processing time, a manufacturing method for the noise reducing device, and a pneumatic tire having the noise reducing device. The noise reducing device comprises the objects formed of the porous material and a band member for fitting the objects to the inner surface of the tire at two positions substantially equally spaced in the circumferential direction of the tire. The band member is formed of a thermoplastic resin, and the objects are disposed between the band member and thermoplastic resin lock members at prescribed positions in the circumferential direction of the tire. The lock members are thermally adhered to the band member through the objects.
