Abstract:
A noise reduction mechanism for a sewing machine electromagnet comprises an electromagnet housing (1) and a cushioning seat (2). An iron core (3) passes through the electromagnet housing (1), and is connected to the electromagnet housing (1). An outer frame (4) is provided at an outer side of the electromagnet housing (1). The iron core (3) comprises a head portion (5), an intermediate portion (6), and a tail portion (7). The head portion (5) passes through a top portion of the electromagnet housing (1) and a top portion of the outer frame (4), and the tail portion (7) passes through a bottom portion of the electromagnet housing (1) and a bottom portion of the outer frame (4). An inner support (8) is further provided in the electromagnet housing (1). A top portion and a bottom portion of the inner support (8) are respectively provided with an upper engagement block (9) and a lower engagement block (10). The upper engagement block (9) is provided on the outer side of the electromagnet housing (1), and a bottom portion of the upper engagement block (9) is provided with a first rubber gasket (11). A first shock-absorbing spring (12) is connected to a bottom portion of the lower engagement block (10). The mechanism effectively reduces impact forces between the iron core (3), the outer frame (4), and the electromagnet housing (1) and an impact force between a nut (14) and an outer sidewall of the electromagnet housing (1), reduces noise and wear of parts, extends a service life of an electromagnet, and improves the quality of a product.
