Abstract:
A noise reduction silencer for a fan, comprising an upper cylinder body (1), a middle cylinder body (2), and a lower cylinder body (3). Cylinder walls of the middle cylinder body (2) comprise an outer cylinder wall (21) and an inner cylinder wall (22) located on the inner side of the outer cylinder wall (21), a noise reduction layer (23) is provided between the inner cylinder wall (22) and the outer cylinder wall (21), the thickness of the noise reduction layer (23) is 7-9 cm, and the inner cylinder wall (22) is a porous plate; a plurality of noise reduction plates are provided on the inner cylinder wall (22) of the middle cylinder body (2), the noise reduction plates are parallel in the height direction of the middle cylinder body (2) and arranged at intervals, the noise reduction plates comprise left noise reduction plates and right noise reduction plates, and the right sides of the left noise reduction plates are staggered with the left sides of the right noise reduction plates; the lower surface of each noise reduction plate is a relief surface formed by recessed portions and projecting portions; the noise reduction plates are composite plates having silencer cotton filled therein; an upper conical cap (8) is mounted on the inner side of the upper cylinder body (1), and a lower conical cap (9) is mounted on the inner side of the lower cylinder body (3). By means of multiple rebounds, noise elimination, and noise reduction, noise can be reduced to 20-30 dB from more than 100 dB, and the noise reduction effect is ideal.
