Abstract:
Provided is a non-alcoholic beer-flavored beverage that contains γ-aminobutyric acid and dietary fiber, wherein the γ-aminobutyric acid content is 500 ppm or less and the dietary fiber content is 0.1 mass% or more. This beer-flavored beverage, while containing γ-aminobutyric acid, makes it possible to reduce harshness of aftertaste and provide a new taste for a luxury beverage having a pleasant flavor.
