Provided is a non-clinical test method characterized by including a step for: performing quality control of an experimental animal, such as a tumor-bearing mouse, having a transplanted tumor site, or another experimental animal having a lesion site; or specifying a profile of a lesion site, for example a transplanted tumor site of an experimental animal, by a quantitative technique, using a specimen collected from such an experimental animal.
