Abstract:
Provided by the present application are a non-competitive random access resource allocation method and device, the method comprising: on the basis of a preset mapping, sending target resource indication information to a terminal device, the target resource indication information being used to determine a physical random access channel transmission opportunity (RO) resource, and the target resource indication information comprising: at least one from among a physical random access control channel (PRACH) mask index and an RO resource index, wherein the preset mapping is a correspondence between a value range of the target resource indication information and RO resources.
