Abstract:
This non-contact communication system is provided with: a first coil; a second coil that transmits, receives, or transmits and receives a signal to, from, or to and from the first coil through electromagnetic coupling to the first coil; and a frequency-characteristic compensation circuit that is electrically connected to at least one of the first coil and the second coil and that corrects pass characteristics of the signal between the first coil and the second coil. The frequency-characteristic compensation circuit includes at least one of a high-frequency compensation circuit that amplifies high-frequency signals, a low-frequency compensation circuit that amplifies low-frequency signals, and a band compensation circuit that amplifies both high-frequency signals and low-frequency signals. The frequency-characteristic compensation circuit corrects the pass characteristics so that a passband width for the signal between the first coil and the second coil becomes wider than the bandwidth occupied by the signal.
