Abstract:
A non-contact heating tin brazing method for welding a metal structure (2) and hardware, comprising the following steps: presetting a workpiece on a conveying system and transferring the workpiece to a heating system, wherein the workpiece comprises: a preassembled structure of a metal structure (2) and hardware, a solder preset at solder joints (3, 4) between the metal structure (2) and the hardware, and a turnover fixture for positioning the preassembled structure; heating the workpiece by means of non-contact thermal radiation, so that the solder at the solder joints (3, 4) is sufficiently melted; cooling the workpiece after heating brazing is completed, so as to allow the solder joints to solidify rapidly. By separating the processes of assembling components to be welded, adding a solder, and performing heating welding, the different processes can be managed in a refined manner, which helps to improve welding efficiency; by adopting non-contact overall heating welding, solder joints may fully absorb the heat and then melt, thus wetting, flowing and element diffusing may be carried out on the solder joints between a metal structure and hardware, which helps to improve welding quality.
