Abstract:
A non-contact IC device that can prevent crimes such as unauthorized reading
or the like and exhibits a high level of safety with a simple structure used. In
this device, an antenna (101) receives electromagnetic waves to generate an
induced electromotive force. A regulation circuit (102) rectifies and then
supplies the induced electromotive force generated by the antenna (101) to an
IC tag (104) via a switch (105). A determining part (103) determines, according
to either a depression state or a release state of a predetermined button in an
operating part (120) formed on a mobile telephone unit (10), whether the condition
of permitting the usage is satisfied. A switch (105) selectively connects or
disconnects, based on a determination result of the determining part (103),
the IC tag (104) and the regulation circuit (102).
