Abstract:
Disclosed are a non-contact type security inspection system and method. The system comprises: a laser source (1) for enabling a probing light ray (11) to pass through a container (3) or a package and projecting the probing light ray onto an inspected object (4) included therein; an optical collection device for collecting exciting light, on the inspected object (4), of the probing light ray (11); a spectrum analyser (8) for analysing the Raman spectrum features of the exciting light so as to determine the features of the inspected object (4); and a shielding apparatus for preventing the exciting light, on the container (3) or the package, of the probing light ray (11) from at least partially entering an induction area of the optical collection device. The possibility of the exciting light, on the container (3) or the package, of the probing light ray (11) entering a light collection path is effectively reduced, the interference with a spectral signal of the inspected object (4) is significantly reduced, and it is not required that the probing light ray (11) keeps away from the light collection path, thus further reducing the requirement for set positions of the probing light ray (11) and the light collection path.
