Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-curing, adhesive, and waterproof material using recycled rubber, and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a non-curing, adhesive, and waterproof material using recycled rubber, which is used to form a waterproof sheet by: adding recycled rubber to softener, tackifier, filler, SBS resin, PVA pressure sensitive adhesive, and the like; then mixing the resultant material with a mechanical forced mixer to form a material with good adhesiveness; and then depositing the material on an asphalt sheet, HDPE sheet, nonwoven fabric, PE foam, etc., according to the intended application, and to a manufacturing method for the waterproof material. According to the present invention, 18-28 wt% of recycled rubber (EPDM-based or NR-based), 6-15 wt% of softener (paraffin oil or aromatic oil), 14-24 wt% of tackifier (polybutene or PVA-based tackifier), 40-60 wt% of filler (talc, calcium bicarbonate, or cement), and 2-6 wt% of SBS-based thermoplastic resin are mechanically forcibly mixed.
