Abstract:
A non-destructive inspection device for an oxygen concentration in a bag-shaped container comprising a pair of right and left affixing plates that are arranged on the opposite sides of an inspection area and freely moved toward away from the bag-shaped container by means of a cylinder, a laser emitting section provided on one affixing plate to emit a laser beam for measuring an oxygen concentration, and a laser receiving section provided on the other affixing plate to receive a laser beam, wherein a gas-filled chamber that houses gas chambers consisting of a translucent material and having the same length in the depth direction is provided on each distal end face of the emitting section and the receiving section, and, when an oxygen concentration is measured in the inspection area, the pair of right and left affixing plates are moved toward each other and brought into contact with the surface of the gas phase portion of the bag-shaped container, thus maintaining constant the thickness of the gas phase portion and removing the air between the distal end faces of the laser beam emitting section and receiving section and the surface of the bag-shaped container.
