Abstract:
The non-destructive sampling device according to the present invention comprises: a syringe having two or more needles; a guide guiding the movement of the syringe; and a needle-restoring means coupled to the lower end of the guide and transmitting an elastic restoring force to the syringe. Accordingly, the non-destructive sampling device allows anyone including an unskilled person to easily take a sample for hazard analysis from a fishery product and can maintain the quality of the fishery product by not impacting the life thereof.
