Abstract:
A non-excavation repair device for a multi-turn inverted siphon (2), the device comprising the inverted siphon (2) arranged on a lower side of a river channel (1), wherein two inspection wells (14) are symmetrically formed in two sides of the river channel (1); the two inspection wells (14) are respectively in communication with two ends of the inverted siphon (2); the inverted siphon (2) is internally provided with a hose (4); a round platform (3) is provided on an upper side of the inspection well (14) on one side; the round platform (3) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the inspection well (14) by means of three supporting rods (5); a conveying pipe (16) is fixedly arranged on each of two sides of the round platform (3); a push-out device corresponding to the hose (4) is provided on a lower side of the round platform (3); and a pulling mechanism corresponding to the hose (4) is further provided above the inspection well (14) on one side away from the round platform (3). By means of the repair processes of gas flipping and hot water curing, the repair construction of a multi-angle turning pipeline is achieved, and the inverted siphon (2) is repaired without excavating the river channel (1), thereby reducing the construction difficulty, and avoiding the influence caused by the excavation of the river channel (1).
