Abstract:
A non-fogging preproduction for producing hydrophilic non-fogging articles which comprises a substrate and a film formed thereon which film is made of a urethane resin containing an oxyethylene chain and exhibits a water absorption of 10 to 40% by weight, characterized in that the film carries a nonionic surfactant containing an oxyethylene chain therein.
