Abstract:
This adjustment device for a non-geostationary satellite communication system is equipped with: a determination means for determining a maximum communication delay value during a transport interval for a packet which is transported through the transport interval, which extends from a first earth station to a second earth station via one or more non-geostationary satellites, obtaining an estimated value by estimating the communication delay of the packet during transport through the transport interval on the basis of the packet processing time in the non-geostationary satellite communication system, and determining the delay amount to be imparted to the packet on the basis of the maximum value and the estimated value; and a delay means for imparting a delay of the delay amount which was determined by the determination means to said packet.
