Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-insulated fire shutter and a method for manufacturing same and, more specifically, to a non-insulated fire shutter and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the non-insulated fire shutter comprises: a first plate part comprising a hook-shaped locking portion formed at the top thereof, a plate-shaped body portion extending from one end of the locking portion, and a sub-locking portion formed at the bottom of the body portion and having a hook shape opposite to a locking portion so as to be hooked to the locking portion; a second plate part arranged to have the same shape as the first plate part and pressed against the first plate part while one surface of the second plate part and one surface of the first plate part are brought into contact with each other; and a silica part made of a flame-resistant fabric material and inserted between the first and second plate parts, and the method comprises: a preparation step for preparing one or more roll-shaped steel plates and arranging the steel plates to be opposite to each other while being spaced apart from each other; a placement step for placing a flame-resistant silica fabric between the steel plates; a forming step for inserting the steel plates and the silica fabric into a forming device and pressing the steel plates against each other to form the steel plates into one plate; and a unit step for manufacturing a shutter unit by forming a hook-shaped locking portion at the top of the plate formed through the forming step and forming a hook-shaped sub-locking portion at the bottom of the plate, the sub-locking portion being opposite to the locking portion.
