Abstract:
The present application relates to a non-iterative decomposition-coordination dynamic scheduling method for power transmission and distribution networks, which belongs to the technical field of the operation of power systems. In the method, dynamic scheduling models of a power transmission network and a power distribution network are integrated, and a dynamic scheduling model of the coordination of the power transmission and distribution networks is presented in the form of a matrix. With regard to the dynamic scheduling model of transmission and distribution cooperation in the form of a matrix, each power distribution network calculates a local optimal cost function with respect to a boundary injection power, and transfers the function to the power transmission network; and the power transmission network carries out global optimization in conjunction with the local optimal cost function of each power distribution network, and issues the boundary injection power of each power distribution network obtained by means of optimization, and each power distribution network then carries out independent scheduling. The method of the present application does not need repeated iteration between a power transmission network and a power distribution network and uses an asynchronous structure, thus reducing dependence on communication and the complexity of an algorithm, having a relatively high algorithm execution stability, and being beneficial for practical applications.
