Abstract:
A stress distribution detection method based on nonlinear Lamb wave mixing technology, which relates to the field of non-destructive testing, and which is suitable for stress distribution detection and the positioning of stress concentration regions in plate structures. The method comprises the following steps: first determining excitation frequencies of two fundamental waves according to a measured object and a nonlinear Lamb wave mixing resonance condition; exciting two lines of A0 modal waves at left and right ends of a test piece in opposite directions, and receiving a sum frequency S0 signal at a certain position between excitation signals to detect the nonlinear mixing stress on a plate structure; by means of changing an excitation time delay of the excitation signals, performing mixing scanning on different positions of the test piece to extract a mixing wave amplitude; and finally, according to a rule of change of the amplitude of a sum frequency difference signal following mixing position, the detection of the distribution of stress on a metal plate and the positioning of a stress concentration region can be achieved.
