Abstract:
Disclosed are a non-magnetic metering device, a metering method, and a fluid metering apparatus. The non-magnetic metering device comprises a metering portion and a detection portion. The metering portion comprises: three or more primary coils (1, 2, 3); secondary coils (4, 5, 6), with the number of secondary coils being the same as that of the primary coils (1, 2, 3); a partially metallized round plate (9); and a shaft (A) passing through the center of the partially metallized round plate (9), wherein one secondary coil (4, 5, 6) is arranged within one primary coil (1, 2, 3) and is concentrically installed in the same plane as same, so as to form an inductively coupled single coil assembly; and three or more formed coil assemblies are installed in the same plane and around the shaft (A). The detection portion is provided with an excitation module (11), a detection module and a metering processor (14); and the excitation module (11) is separately connected to all the primary coils (1, 2, 3) and is also connected to the metering processor (14). Within each of the primary coils (1, 2, 3) is one secondary coil (4, 5, 6), such that the residual energy, after the metal eddy current loss is removed, is substantially received by the concentrically arranged secondary coils (4, 5, 6), thereby improving the energy utilization rate with few errors.
