Abstract:
A non-metallic cable coiled tubing, relating to the technical field of oil extraction in an oilfield; the non-metallic cable coiled tubing comprises: a lining tube (100), the lining tube (100) being used to form a passage for medium transport;
from the inside to the outside, an outer wall of the lining tube (100) is sequentially provided with a cable embedding layer (200) and a protective sleeve (300); the cable embedding layer (200) comprises a cable and a plurality of reinforcing strips (210), the reinforcing strips (210) being used for resisting torsional deformation and receiving axial tensile force; the protective sleeve (300) is used to prevent cable wear. The cable is embedded in the non-metallic cable coiled tubing instead of the cable being externally provided in conventional manners, solving the drawbacks wherein traditional steel tubing requires an independent cable to be externally provided for separate armoring, and thus operation wastes time and labor and the cable is easily damaged. Therefore, the service life of cables is extended and oil extraction efficiency is increased.
