Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the chain link structure of a non-metallic conveyor chain and increase the shear strength of the chain used in a sludge removal facility, thereby improving the durability of the non-metallic conveyor chain. To this end, the present invention provides a non-metallic conveyor chain having improved durability as a conveyor chain for a sludge collector, the conveyer chain including a plurality of unit chains and chain pins with which the unit chains are linked to each other, wherein: barrel parts are provided on one side and yoke parts are provided on the other side of the unit chains; chain pockets having a concave groove structure are provided on the outside of the barrel parts of the unit chains; and chain bosses are provided inside the yoke parts of the unit chains, the chain bosses protruding so as to correspond to the chain pockets of the unit chains to which the chains bosses are to be linked.
