Abstract:
A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet comprising a silicon steel sheet and an insulating coating. When the sheet thickness of the silicon steel sheet is t the PDR (PDR = (maximum value − minimum value)/minimum value × 100), which represents the ratio of the maximum value to the minimum value of the number density of AlN precipitates at three locations which are 1/10t, 1/5t, and 1/2t from the surface in the sheet thickness direction of the silicon steel sheet, is 50% or less.
