Abstract:
According to the present invention, a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which has an average crystal grain size of 80 μm or less, an area ratio of crystal grains having a crystal size not less than 1.5 times the average crystal grain size of 10% or more, and an area ratio of crystal grains having an aspect ratio of 0.3 or less of 20% or less is obtained by subjecting a steel material that contains, in mass%, 0.005% or less of C, from 2.0% to 5.0% of Si, from 0.05% to 5.0% of Mn, 3.0% or less of Al and from 0.0003% to 0.0050% of Zn to hot rolling, cold rolling and cold rolled sheet annealing, and by setting the average heating rate from 500°C to 700°C in the heating process of the cold rolled sheet annealing to 10°C/s or more and heating the steel material to an annealing temperature between 700°C and 850°C.
