Abstract:
Provided is a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet with excellent adhesiveness to an insulating coating even if the coating is made to be thin. For this non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, which has an insulating coating on at least one surface of the steel sheet, the insulating coating has, on both the surface-side and the ferrite interface-side, a P-enriched layer with a higher P concentration than the P concentration in the ferrite.
