Abstract:
The chemical composition of a base material of this non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is, by mass%, 0–0.0050% C, 3.8–4.9% Si, 0.05–1.20% Mn, more than 0.02% and 0.50% or less sol. Al, 0–0.030% P, 0–0.0030% S, 0–0.0030% N, 0% or more and less than 0.0050% Ti, 0% or more and less than 0.0050% Nb, 0% or more and less than 0.0050% Zr, 0% or more and less than 0.0050% V, 0% or more and less than 0.200% Cu, 0% or more and less than 0.500% Ni, 0–0.100% Sn, and 0–0.100% Sb, with the remainder being Fe and impurities. This non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet satisfies the expressions [4.3≤Si+sol. Al+0.5×Mn≤5.0], [B50(0°)-B50(45°)≤0.16], and [(B50(0°)+2×B50(45°)+B50(90°))/4≥1.57], and the tensile strength thereof is 580 MPa or greater.
