Abstract:
The base material of this non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has a chemical composition that includes 3.2–4.5 mass% of Si, the tensile strength of the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is at least 550 MPa, and the ratio (P120B/Fe700B)B between the inter-peak height Fe700B for Fe at 700 eV and the inter-peak height P120B for P at 120 eV when the crystal grain boundaries of the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet are analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy is no more than 2.0 times the ratio (P120i/Fe700i)i of the inter-peak height Fe700i for Fe at 700 eV and the inter-peak height P120i for P at 120 eV when the interiors of the crystals of the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet are analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy.
